Meet the people
behind the parts.
Established in 2005 in Laizhou, China, Wontide manufactures industrial components with steel casting at the core. In-house heat treatment and machining connect the manufacturing route; sheet metal fabrication and welding are also available as an independent business.
We work from customer drawings, review manufacturing requirements and connect the processes needed for the part. Experience includes axle and suspension components, commercial vehicle brackets, steel valve components and cast steel pile tips.

01Casting
Shell mould casting for steel components. Material specifications, casting geometry and inspection requirements are reviewed before tooling.
02Heat treatment
Normalizing, quenching and tempering to the agreed material condition. Treatment requirements and mechanical properties follow the approved technical specification.
03Machining
CNC machining of cast blanks and drawing-defined components. Datums, fits, critical dimensions and inspection requirements are established during the technical review.

The drawing sets

Material verification, dimensional inspection and agreed documentation connect the technical requirements to the delivered component.

Before we talk
Do you manufacture to customer drawings?
Yes. Steel castings, machined components, sheet metal parts and welded assemblies are evaluated against the customer’s drawings and technical requirements.
Which processes are in-house?
Casting, heat treatment, machining, sheet metal fabrication and welding are in-house. Galvanizing and electrophoretic coating are arranged through external suppliers when required.
Can you support PPAP and inspection documents?
We can support PPAP and inspection documentation. The submission level, tests, sampling and acceptance requirements should be agreed for the specific project.
What should I send for a technical discussion?
Please include the current drawing revision, material specification, estimated quantities, critical quality requirements and required surface treatment. Add relevant 3D files or sample information if available.
Do you also review ductile iron enquiries?
Yes. Ductile iron enquiries are reviewed separately against the drawing, material specification, quantity and inspection requirements. Acceptance is confirmed for each project.
