MANUFACTURING AT WONTIDE
Steel casting at the core
Our manufacturing work starts with the customer's drawing and material specification. Tooling, resin-coated sand shell moulding, heat treatment, CNC turning and milling are reviewed as a connected route. Representative work includes axle and suspension components, valve bodies and bonnets, and cast steel pile tips. Laser cutting, press-brake forming and robotic welding support the separate fabrication business.

Material, dimensions and examination requirements are reviewed alongside manufacture. Identify the applicable standard, sampling, acceptance criteria and required records in your enquiry.
