Contact surfaces
Identify surfaces contacting the spring or adjacent components, including their profiles, finish and controlled thicknesses.

SPRING CONTACT & CLAMPING COMPONENTS
Wontide’s suspension product experience includes spring wear plates, pads and clamp plates. Although these components belong to the same spring assembly, their contact surfaces, mounting arrangements and delivery requirements can differ. We manufacture against the approved drawing and review material, heat treatment, machining and surface requirements for the individual part.

TECHNICAL REVIEW
Identify surfaces contacting the spring or adjacent components, including their profiles, finish and controlled thicknesses.
Show the holes, locating features and assembly reference dimensions that define how the part is positioned.
Include any hardness or heat-treatment requirement and the required test location or method where specified.
Identify coated areas and surfaces that must remain free of coating, with the applicable acceptance requirements.
COMPONENT IDENTIFICATION
| Drawing detail | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Leaf spring wear plate | Identify the contact profile, controlled thickness and surface condition on the wear-plate drawing. |
| Leaf spring pad | Provide the pad drawing and show its contact and locating features; the pad name alone does not define the required geometry. |
| Leaf spring clamp plate | Identify the clamping interfaces, holes and reference dimensions on the clamp-plate drawing. |
| Cast and machined surfaces | Mark which areas remain as cast and which need machining or coating protection. Include any specified material condition, hardness and inspection requirements. |
Names identify representative component families. The approved drawing defines the interfaces and requirements for your part.
FROM OUR COMPONENT CATALOG

Examples illustrate drawing-based manufacturing. Material, dimensions and inspection requirements are defined for the individual project. Photographs have been edited for surface and background cleanup and lighting.
FROM CASTING TO DELIVERY
We connect in-house casting, heat treatment and machining at our Laizhou manufacturing base. Define the delivery condition, controlled features and acceptance documents before production.

Our catalog identifies them separately. Please supply the drawing for the part you need so contact geometry, retention features and delivery requirements can be reviewed correctly.
Include the specified material condition, hardness requirement and test instructions on the drawing or technical specification. We review these requirements before confirming the manufacturing and inspection scope.
RELATED COMPONENTS

For buyers sourcing a drawing-defined spring seat, the technical review begins with the axle interface, spring contact geometry and required delivery condition. The photographed component is a representative example; a new project follows its own approved drawing.

For a suspension bracket enquiry, identify the assembly interfaces and the relationships between bores, mounting faces and holes. Upper, lower and combined versions should be identified by their own drawing numbers and revisions.
